For What It's Worth

Today is Friday and let me begin by saying that I figured out my Angel number using my birth date.  My number is 7.  There is a formula for figuring it out, but there is a much more complicated formula that several websites use that require too much info than I am willing to give.   I know I wrote about this on Tuesday, but while I don't really want to get into it, I'm now fascinated by angel numbers having studied this topic all week.  But logically it only makes sense to me that 7 is my number.  It has been my number since the beginning.  I was number 7 in little league and chose number 7 as my number for oir church's softball team as a pastor in Wisconsin.  Number 7 was always my favorite number.

I want nothing personal posted to any website.  I have tried to avoid the semblance of writing religious thoughts, but I have since delved deeper into angel numerology and I promise this is the last time I will mention it.  I hope.  But numerology is something that can't be avoided if one does anything with them.  My wife likes to look at the number totals of her shopping receipts.  And we can't avoid numbers, so think as you wish.

But I found it interesting, and while I find it interesting I'm not very convinced about the subject.  But you can do as you wish with the numbers and believe as you wish.  Coincidence or not is your choice to make about numerology.  Some have said being born on a Sunday at about 7:30PM is significant, but it wasn't my choice.  A Wednesday at 9:00AM may have been my choice.  But as Mark Twain says, figuring out why you were born is just as significant.  At least I have that.

Now, the fact is, I've had more time to study these things and while I might be fascinated, I'm still not sure I'm interested in going any deeper on the subject than I have, except it might make for some interesting dinner conversation, which I am sure it will.  My wife was interested, so I will give her the birthday formula here for everyone to see.  The birthday is the easiest one todo.  There are some very complex formulas for figuring out you angel number and it might be different from just using your birthday.  So, take what I have to say here with a grain of salt.

I was born 09-09-1951.  So the formula is:  9+9+1+9+5+1=34.  Then if your answer is two digits like mine you add the answer.  3+4=7.  I did the same for my wife and kids.  Her number is 5.  My younger son is 6.  My oldest son is 10.  If you add them together you get 28.  Then for our family the number is 28÷4=7.  This is our family's number.

But how much stock a person puts into numbers just depends.  14÷2=7, as an example.  Or a number divisible by 3, could be signifant.  One might see 222 as being significant.   Or 333 might be significant.  Or for me numbers adding up to 7 might be significant.  One can play around with numbers, but it was Pythagoras who first said numbers can play a part in our decision making as we live our lives.  But it was Doreen Virtue who first popularized numerology as a New Age way of thinking.  Her methodology is much more complex with greater explanation of what the numbers mean.

I hate to beat a dead horse on the subject, because some of you have no interest in this whatsoever.  But I'm fascinated this is even a thing.  I'm really fascinated that people communicate with each other using numbers.  These numbers can have meaning to those who understand.   My pipes often have numbers like 320, or 307, or like my Stanwell I smoked the other day was 85.  I have a Nording number 3.  Now, I know numerology can be interesting, as long as one doesn't put much stock into it all, but there are those who do.  Just so you'll know.

So, my pipe numbers could be significant if I attached significance to the numbers.  Now, as I said, numbers MIGHT have significance to some people, but it just depends.  Today I am smoking my Angel pipe, coincidently enough, with a bowl of Old Professor.  I am finished writing about angel numbers.  I think.  Thank you for your time and Peace to each one of you.
