What is Heaven Like?

I have felt heaven, but I’ve never been there.  I have said that if you got ten thousand theologians to describe heaven collectively they wouldn’t come close.  I have seen YouTube vids describing heaven, but again these are using earthly understanding.  I wish I knew.  I know the feeling of heaven, but not knowing what it is like.  

Heaven doesn’t depend on belief.  Just respect for all human life.  If we knew what heaven was like, according to my Angels, we would fall all over ourselves to get there.  Death is loss for the living, but it is eternal peace and love for the dead.  Respect for all human life including our own is all that matters to God.  But I am the only proof of this.  

I have no proof otherwise.  I represent my Angels in how I love.  This is all I can do.  I can interpret the Bible to fit my theology I inherited from my Angels but I had to change how I interpret the Bible from cover to cover.  But this is my own understanding.  And I won’t change it to adapt to the belief of others.  

This is in part why I am the way I am.  I don’t want anyone messing with my theology.  I know the feeling but not the physicality of heaven.  I represent my Angels in all I do.  This is in part why I like to be alone a lot.  I am at Peace with God in all things.  But life can get in the way.  Simplicity is best for me.  Not too many people.  

This is why I smoke a pipe.  It helps keeps me company with my thoughts.  Too many people are distractions.  Few is enough.  Simplicity as I said is best.  Today it is my “haunted”Gettysburg pipe with some Cornell and Diehl Cordial.  My coffee this morning is from Trader Joe’s and is a Mexican coffee called Laja.  Thank you for your time and Peace and Love to each one of you.

The Sherlock Holmes Series

 I won’t collect them all and maybe I’ll just have the one Sherlock Holmes pipes.  But it just might be my favorite series of pipes and if I collected them all it would take years for me to do so.  The other series is the Dracula series also by Peterson but I have no interest in the Dracula pipes.  I have my one Sherlock Holmes pipe, but what sets them apart is that they each have a silver band with the Sherlock head stamped on each one.   This makes each pipe different and although they might be similar to other Peterson pipes, each Sherlock Holmes pipe is very distinct and different.  If I were to get another pipe in the series it might be the Professor’s pipe so named for Professor Moriarty.  Each style was smoked by a character either in the book, on stage, or in the movies about Sherlock Holmes and his various enemies.   Each pipe is different and unique and comes in price ranges from about $125-$300.  I’m not interested in the more expe...

Almost

 Tomorrow ends the 14th year since my hear attack.  I had the widow-maker and only by the grace of God and a good heart surgeon I survived.  I had never experienced such pain in my life!  I knew I wasn’t going to die but my heart was damaged so much it functions at about 50%.   It was a Saturday and we were going to visit my mom.  The timing couldn’t have been better!  We could have been out on the road.  It was about nine O’clock in the morning and I had to pump up a tire on the car.  The funny thing is I had a BP check in October and it was 120/80 with no signs of anything being wrong.   I was about 30 pounds over weight and I simply was not taking very good care of myself.  I was under some duress during that time, but still no sign of it happening.  My wife questioned as to whether it was a heart attack but I told her to call 911.  I had no doubt what was happening.   The squad came and they confirmed it was a hea...

A Different Kind of Birthday

I might be the only one my age who says I’m fourteen today but I suppose if you were to ask my family I’m in my second childhood so-to-speak.  But yesterday I made a big deal out of my heart attack but today not so much.    It’s not that I fear death—no, I fear pain.  Death doesn’t frighten me in the least.  I have talked with many who have had that kind of heart attack and the women have said it’s worse than child birth.  There really isn’t a pain like it they have said.  If I could go without the pain I’d be in heaven right now.   But if I had to go through that pain to get there I’d rather live.  But a lot has happened in these last fourteen years.  And I’ve been alive to live my life relatively pain free.  My appendicitis wasn’t all that painful but the stomach tube was annoying enough.  But we sold our home and invested in another place in NY and now live with our son here in Florida.   I’m limited in what u do and I ...
