Not Exactly

This year Valentine’s Dat is a Saturday.  It’s not exactly a holiday, but it is a day to break up the winter blah’s.  My wife and I used to go out on Valentine’s Day.  But these days we are more content to stay home.  I’m pretty content to just smoke my pipe by myself and live in Peace.  She still works with our son’s business, but I am content with a quiet life.

I still take vids of myself smoking my pipe, but I don’t care about numbers.  Between FB and IG I am busy enough.  We have had the trials of life and both of us just want quiet lives.  I try not to let the news of the day bother me no matter what I see or read.  I’m thinking of this blog several days ahead, but I don’t let it become very important to me.

I’m always right where she expects me to be.  We are never far from each other.  I enjoy watching vids with lo-fi music sometimes not sure if I want to see winter scenes or beach scenes.  Most of the time I choose a scene for the music and not so much the scenery.  I can smoke my pipe on the beach or a cozy coffee shop in winter.  The winter scenes are often cozy.

Piano music is often lite jazz.  Beach scenes might have more tropical music.  But here is SW Florida I can long for cold wintry days up north where I can feel warm inside and it’s cold outside.  My wife and I both sometimes miss the snow up north.  But it’s nice to see winter scenes in 70 degree weather.

We have spent the past few summers in NY, but fall is best in NY.  We don’t miss NY winters, however.  I just enjoy relaxing with my pipe and listening to quiet calming music.  I am watching a winter street scene of a small quaint village and listening to lite piano jazz while smoking my Nording Number 2 pipe with some Cornell and Diehl Old College pipe tobacco.  Thank you for your time and Peace and Love to each one of you.
