There is Much I Don’t Know, But…

 I do not know if some earth shattering event will Galen this Sunday, April 12, but…. Maybe.  That is all I can say.  There would be no Easter without His birth.  And April 12 for His birth is all I know.  I follow world events closely these days because these ARE the Last Days.  Easter is proof He is alive and quite well.  

There is nothing in the Christian calendar until Christmas December 25.  But for me I often wonder what God will do on April 12.  I anticipate something but I do not know what.  This will be an interesting week.  We can’t have an Easter without His birth.  My Angels did not give me a date for His death and resurrection.  All I know is that Jesus was born on April 12.  

For 32 years I have often wondered whether April 12 will be a significant date in history.  Maybe this year it will be with some great event marking April 12 this year.  But it has to God’s doing—not mine.  I have often wondered whether God will make April 12 a significant date in history.  He hasn’t yet, but maybe this year He will.  

I can’t force the Hand of God.  I’m not saying it has to be like July 4 or 9-11.  I’m not saying this.  But maybe in some unexpected way 4-12 will become significant.  This year it might be just another Sunday, but this is MY Holy Week and Sunday is MY Holy Day much like December 23 is to most.  I just can’t force the Hand of God.  

But the way world events are going right now I’m anticipating April 12 more this year than I ever have.  But I’ll relax with my pipes and let God work.  My pipe this morning is my Crown Prince and my tobacco is Smooth English by Cornell and Diehl.  My coffee this morning is single Origin Breakfast Blend from Sprouts.  Thank you for your time and Peace and Live to each one of you.

Kind Of

 I’m kind of anti-social, but in my thinking it’s for good reason.  I’m pretty shy about my Angels.  They define who I am.  I seek to protect them as much as I can.  I’m willing to share my space, but only with a few.  Other than this I’m quiet about my Angels and it’s why I prefer solitude over many.  They say opposites attract and in my case this is very true.   I’m attracted to outgoing people.  In this regard my wife and I are opposites.  I can force myself to be an extrovert, but this is not my nature.  I prefer a quiet life of mostly solitude.  In this day of the Internet people are either outgoing or they will be alone.  I am happiest with a mind that doesn’t think too much.  But stress can give me overload.   I need diversions from life to keep my mind from overthinking.  This has been a problem for me for most of my life—even from a very young age.  Too many people and too much input causes my ...

Most Important

 I’m not sure that Peace is more important than love but in a way they go hand-in-hand.  I wasn’t going to write today, but I got to thinking about my Peaceful feeling today.  I feel Peaceful as I sit and smoke my pipe, but life isn’t always peaceful.  But feeling Peaceful is the first step to loving ourselves.  And if it’s there it goes outward from us. I began a post this morning and felt it wasn’t very good and thought I’m might not post today.  I’ve had my morning coffee and am on my third bowl of pipe tobacco for the day, but I have this most peaceful feeling about life and thought I’d share this with you.  Life comes at us and we don’t always feel either peaceful or loving.  But when we take time to meditate on Peace we are filled with it.
