Pipes and Angels

I have my earthly Angels.  For me, they are close friends and family.  My pipes help me stay connected to my heavenly Angels.  There is power in thought and meditation.  Some might call it prayer, but in a way I don’t ask God to do such-and-such, but it’s more like I will God to act.  It’s more like believing in the power of Angels to act.

But why the pipe as a tool?  I asked my Angels whether I had to give up my pipes.  I had already been smoking a pipe for twenty years, and I wasn’t sure I was ready to give them up.  They said it was up to me.  I chose to make them tools for meditation.  This is why I meditate with a pipe.  I know my Angels don’t care as long as a pipe is more beneficial than harmful.

I wear an Apple Watch for health reasons.  I have other watches I can wear while charging my Apple Watch but I hardly go anywhere without wearing it.  I like to check my BPM once in a while.  I checked it the other evening before going to sleep and my BPM was 80.  That is high.  I got the best night’s sleep I had in quite a while and checked it the next morning.  It said 70 BPM.

Getting a good night’s sleep is important to me.  When I can recall my dreams from the night before, it was a good night’s sleep.  This year I am not sleeping as well as I did last year and my watch can show this.  The alarm is set for eight thirty, but the past week or so I’ve stayed in bed until ten.  A good night’s sleep is important to me—probably more important than either diet or exercise.

A pipe is just a part of my relaxation.  Meditation is so important.  I do a lot of listening and meditate on what I hear.  The Angels don’t mind as long as my pipe is a tool.  My pipe this morning is my Dunhill Chestnut estate pipe and my tobacco is Proper English.  I just like this tobacco the best.  My coffee is Stumptown Holler Mountain.  Thank you for your time and Peace and Love to each one of you.
