I Like Sunday’s

 Jesus owned nothing and had but a few followers.   He is my example, yet I own things but have a few who follow what I have been saying.  He is my example when it comes to my posts and what I do on social media.  I don’t worry about numbers in what I am saying.  

All are saved except for those who intentionally take Human Life.  This is the essence of my philosophy/theology.  No need for churches or even salvation.  But I recognize that religious beliefs of all kinds give followers Peace.  I have my own religion and have no need for churches, pastors, or priests.  If I worried about death and dying maybe I would feel differently.

But I will live to see the arrival of the Messiah.  But I can only prove this by living.  Otherwise I have no proof.  Yet, I keep saying it over and over.  I am my only proof of all I say here.  But every morning I post photos of myself as proof I am still here in this world.  The time is short, yet I can’t prove this either.  I keep talking about a New Beginning with the arrival of the Messiah.  I’ve been waiting for more than 25 years.  I thought the Messiah would come at the end of the 20th century.

But here I am still waiting.  But my thinking is that it will be most any day now.  Yet, I can’t prove this.  Only time will reveal the truth.  Until then, I will relax, smoke my pipe, and write as I do.  My pipe this morning is my Nording Number 3 pipe with Stratfordshire.  My coffee is Mt. Comfort.  Thank you for your time and Peace and Love to each one of you.

Pipes and Other Things

 If anything happened to my pipes or my new cabinet or anything else I might own, they are only things.  I can live without things.  I don't drink enough alcohol to be an alcoholic, for example, so no, I don't need alcohol.  I'm writing this today as a reminder as to why I smoke a pipe.  I smoke a pipe for meditative purposes and for relaxation.  There are  no other reasons why I smoke a pipe.  I am not addicted to my pipes or the tobacco I put in them.   It is a known fact  that cigarette smokers smoke cigarettes because they are addicted to them.  I watch a lot of YouTube videos and one video I watched was about tobacco commercials from the late fifties through the sixties.  Those commercials sold cigarettes as pleasure and enjoyment with no mention of nicotine in any of the two hour video of ads.  The emphasis was on what cigarettes could do for you.  A lot of research and planning went into the filters of cig...

It’s About Time

 I died nearly twice in the past fifteen years.  The next major event just might end my life, so I try to just take it easy.  My philosophy about life has changed for many reasons.  It might seem that having an experience with Angels might be THE definitive event in a life, but instead of waiting to die I await the coming of the Messiah.   My heart functions at about 50%, so I try to avoid stress as much as I can.  I take medication for both my heart and my mind as I know myself quite well.  My son gave me his old Apple Watch I wear religiously.  If I should fall and get hurt, I can send as SOS message to my wife.  It detects falls.  It can do an EKG but I have yet to figure that function out.   Stress, however, is my worst enemy.  It not only can affect my heart, but my mind as well.  I check my heart beats per minute every so often and I can pretty much guess what the results are.  I am very much in tune with both m...
