I Watch and Wait

 You’d think a heart attack and a ruptured appendix five years later would have been definitive events, as both nearly took my life.  Yet, neither of them frightened me, nor do I think of those as definitive events.  Not really.  I have a change of philosophy of life.  My time on earth ends with the coming of the Messiah and THEN my work will be over.  I guess you could say that I know this the same way Mark Twain knew he would go out with Haley’s comet.

As we age, there are things we know about the end of life the closer we get to it.  I’m close now to fully understanding.  The Beast from Revelation is here.  So are the Four Horsemen.  All the pieces are in place now.  I’ve guessed about these things from Revelation for the past 32 years, but now the guessing is over.  

Every day I am saying the same thing over and over.  The Messiah could come today.  This is how close we are to the end.  But instead of calling it the end, I am saying it is a new beginning.  There won’t be peace in the world until God judges Satan and those who have taken human life intentionally to eternal damnation.  There won’t be peace until then.

But the time of His Judgment is very near.  This is not opinion but fact.  The ONLY proof I have is myself.  I am a dead man if I lie.  This is the proof of this being factual.  As long as I am alive this Truth is in me.  Only death can make what I am saying a lie.  I am too old to be lying about such things.  

I’ve thought long and hard about writing a book and putting my essays here in book form.  I might just do this.  This blog is my personal journey of faith for the past number of years.  And now I am writing the conclusion to the book.  The Messiah WILL come and condemn Satan and his followers of death to eternal hell and damnation.  It’s just a matter of time now.

If I have lied I would be a psychotic mess.  But I release some stresses about life by writing about the Promise to come.  I relax with my pipe and simply let God work in all I do and say.  My pipe this morning is my Nording Number 2 pipe with some Stratfordshire.  My coffee is Mt. Confort.  Thank you for your time and Love and Peace to each one of you.

Pipes and Other Things

 If anything happened to my pipes or my new cabinet or anything else I might own, they are only things.  I can live without things.  I don't drink enough alcohol to be an alcoholic, for example, so no, I don't need alcohol.  I'm writing this today as a reminder as to why I smoke a pipe.  I smoke a pipe for meditative purposes and for relaxation.  There are  no other reasons why I smoke a pipe.  I am not addicted to my pipes or the tobacco I put in them.   It is a known fact  that cigarette smokers smoke cigarettes because they are addicted to them.  I watch a lot of YouTube videos and one video I watched was about tobacco commercials from the late fifties through the sixties.  Those commercials sold cigarettes as pleasure and enjoyment with no mention of nicotine in any of the two hour video of ads.  The emphasis was on what cigarettes could do for you.  A lot of research and planning went into the filters of cig...

It’s About Time

 I died nearly twice in the past fifteen years.  The next major event just might end my life, so I try to just take it easy.  My philosophy about life has changed for many reasons.  It might seem that having an experience with Angels might be THE definitive event in a life, but instead of waiting to die I await the coming of the Messiah.   My heart functions at about 50%, so I try to avoid stress as much as I can.  I take medication for both my heart and my mind as I know myself quite well.  My son gave me his old Apple Watch I wear religiously.  If I should fall and get hurt, I can send as SOS message to my wife.  It detects falls.  It can do an EKG but I have yet to figure that function out.   Stress, however, is my worst enemy.  It not only can affect my heart, but my mind as well.  I check my heart beats per minute every so often and I can pretty much guess what the results are.  I am very much in tune with both m...
